All potential buyers have been vetted by a trained member of staff where we take and verify some contact details, question the position of a buyer and then arrange a convenient appointment for both parties, where we will accompany the viewing.
Preparing your property for viewings:
We would advise vendors to ensure the property is clean & tidy as first impressions count the most on a viewing. We would also like to point out that any potential hazards are put to the side to avoid any accidents.
A solicitor firm who will be dealing with the sale of your property will need to be appointed once a sale has been agreed between the vendor and the buyer. If you do not have a solicitor we do have a list of solicitors you can choose from. Some of our clients have used these solicitors before and where we have found them to be polite, professional and efficient they are added onto a list to recommend.
Authority to enter into a sales agreement:
It is imperative that the party entering into the Sales agreement (or the person signing on behalf of that party) has the legal right to do so. Proof of such authority may be required, we will always require one proof of I.D and proof of address to comply with the OFT - MLA.
