I recently dealt with Unique Estates to sell my property, Chris the director came round to carry out the valuation on the property, he was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. After having several viewings on the property by Chris & John I have to say that they always were keeping me up to date, they managed to negotiate a price between me and my buyer on a figure that worked out good for both of us. I would recommend this Estate Agent to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property, I was kept up to date during the entire process and they really did go that extra mile for me.
